Ranjana is a development professional with over 8 years of experience in project management and program implementation with not-for-profit organisations.
Her work has focused on designing, implementing and managing community-based programs in education, women’s empowerment, and livelihoods, especially for underserved urban communities. She brings a strong combination of field experience, stakeholder coordination, and strategic planning, with a keen interest in creating sustainable, impact-driven solutions.She holds a B.Com degree and a PG Diploma in Development Management, and is passionate about initiatives that promote equity, skill development, and social change.

Also, she held senior leadership roles including Chief General Manager at Hand in Hand India and Chief Social Development Officer with the Government of Punjab under a World Bank-funded project. Her expertise spans policy design, impact assessment, rehabilitation and resettlement frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. She is proficient in English, Hindi, and Bengali and is deeply committed to empowering marginalized communities.
