Neelay Singh has 15 years of experience in the development sector and has worked extensively in livelihood projects across northern, eastern, and central India.
His expertise includes planning, designing, and implementing programmes focused on water, Natural Resource Management, Handloom-Handicraft, skill development, and national flagship programmes like MGNREGA and IWMP, in close collaboration with the government. He has worked with National Foundation for India , Charities Aid Foundation, All India Artisans and Craft workers Welfare Association and Foundation for Ecological security- Rajasthan, after completing his Post-Graduation in Rural Development from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi.

Dr. Dipti Paridhi Kindo brings extensive leadership experience in governance, public policy, and sustainable development initiatives, strengthening our strategic vision and institutional growth.
With over a decade of multidisciplinary experience in research, teaching, public advocacy, and policy consulting, Dr. Kindo has contributed significantly to the fields of public administration, development studies, and law. She has served as a Senior Consultant with the Local Body Unit of the 16th Finance Commission of India (XVIFC) and the National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRD&PR), Hyderabad. Her prior roles include Assistant Professor at the State Institute of Rural Development, Government of Jharkhand, and Prime Minister’s Rural Development Fellow under the Ministry of Rural Development. As a Board Member, she plays a key role in guiding policy frameworks, institutional partnerships, and inclusive development strategies.
